Mladiinfo International was also an organizer of the project Lets Play Handball – Sports Reporting Volunteering where we hosted 30 young journalists to cover the international sports event the 12th U17 European Women Championship in handball. The volunteers spent 40 days in Macedonia to cover 56 games of the championship.

The project helped these young journalists not only to strengthen their journalistic and reporting skills but also to discover the true power of sport – it stood for human values such as respect for the opponent, acceptance of binding rules, teamwork and fairness. They celebrated their respective countries’ victories, while in the same time feeling for their friends’ loses and offering them the needed support.
