
On 8th of July an online webinar was held via ZOOM for promotion of the research study: Social Entrepreneurship for Youth in Western Balkans and Europe within the Western Balkans Social Economy Alliance (WB SEA) project.

During the presentation all project partners presented the best practices and recommendations, shared their local realities on this topic, as well discussed the role of youth and the potential change in the landscape of the Western Balkans and European social economy.

On this webinar our program manager Marjan Icoski presented what is the current state of youth social entrepreneurship in Western Balkan countries.
Briefly the recommendations that emerged from this research study are:
• Optimise the overall business environment
• Enhance tailored support for social entrepreneurs in the green economy sector
• Support the generational transition among the boards of social enterprise
• Strengthen entrepreneurial education and training
